- Cancellations/Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. We request that any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
- Vehicle Condition Disclosure: For accurate service assessment and pricing, please disclose any significant damage, excessive dirt, pet hair, or unique conditions of your vehicle at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply upon inspection if conditions differ significantly from the booking description.
3. Pricing and Payments

4. Customer Responsibility
- Vehicle Contents: We advise customers to remove all valuables and personal belongings from their vehicles prior to service. Lava Shine Detailing is not responsible for any lost or damaged items left inside a vehicle.
- Accessibility: Ensure your vehicle is accessible and in a suitable condition for the booked detailing service.
5. Limitations of Liability
- Damage: While we exercise utmost care, Lava Shine Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or wear and tear on your vehicle. We will document any significant pre-existing conditions before commencing work.
- Service Results: We strive for excellence in all our services. However, results may vary depending on the original condition of the vehicle, age, and type of materials. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all scratches, stains, or imperfections, particularly deep or long-standing ones.
